Returns Policy

We usually do not accept returns because our clothing is Print on Demand, meaning each item is produced specifically for each customer, thus reducing waste of products and resources. This is part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental protection.

We only accept refunds if the product arrives at your home defective, which we carefully review to avoid problems of this type.

In the event that this happens, you will have to send us the returned product to review it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If it is defective, we will send you a new product with the same design, size and color.

We allow a period of 5 days from when the customer receives the product at their home to review the status of the product and notify us if there is a problem.
